Invest 95L, as it was previously called, has been tracked across the tropical Atlantic between Africa and the Lesser Antilles the past few days.Enough organization occurred to allow for the National Hurricane Center to upgrade the system to Tropical Depression #2 Thursday morning.
There is the potential Beryl could strengthen more before conditions lead to the system weakening as it approaches the Caribbean.
