Significant flood threat unfolding Wednesday through Sunday

We have a very unsettled weather pattern unfolding for later this week. A frontal boundary will stall across the region for several days beginning Wednesday. Severe weather will also be possible during this time frame.

From Wednesday through Sunday, we are looking at the possibility of 5 to 10 inches of rain across a widespread area with some localized amounts up to 15 inches. Flash Flood Watches will be needed.
