Heavy Rain Threat, 2/20/19

The area to watch for the heaviest rain over the next 24hrs looks to be Southeast Louisiana. All hi-res models show a line of storms organizing along the front and stalling, this could lead to a swath of 2-4” rainfall amounts come Wednesday morning. Generally everyone else from Baton Rouge to points west into SW LA will experience a “quiet” day of weather on Wednesday. It doesn’t last so enjoy!

Meanwhile looking ahead, this weekend’s parades may be in jeopardy. It’s a little too far in advance to discuss super weekend, but those may be looking a tad wet as well. Time will tell as we move closer. Stay with our forums at http://stormcastforums.com for the latest discussions.
