Uncertainty on Organization of TD Two Once in the Gulf

I’m still very skeptical on the extent of organization that will occur over the Gulf this weekend as conditions do not look favorable for development. However, models continue to hint that a low pressure will try to close itself off south of the LA coastline. Honestly this may be a good thing for us as it will act to draw moisture towards it and possibly keep the heaviest rains offshore. Lots of ifs for now and really just something to keep an eye on at this point, but the only impact either way goes back to the possibility of flooding rains starting as early as Friday.
