We now have Invest 94L in the Atlantic. This means the NHC thinks this area of storms deserves extra monitoring for tropical cyclone development.
Watching wave #94L in the far East Atlantic, 60% chance for development. Worth watching as it crosses the Atlantic.

As of now our wave is moving along at 5-10 mph westward. There is a 60% chance it will become a tropical cyclone in the next 5 days. This system is disorganized at the moment, but conditions will be more favorable over the next few days.
The para GFS now develops the Atlantic disturbance. This is notable because this is first MDR TC this model has shown, compared to op's many pic.twitter.com/hj2iDW1gi1
