Measurable precipitation has been recorded nearly every day for the past week and a half across most of South LA but that streak is thankfully about to come to an end.
An abnormally strong June front is dropping down from the north and will finally put an end to the wet pattern we have been in for quite some time. It may also bring a hint of lower humidity!
Drier air does feel more bearable but the heat well it will still be there. You know the story during the summer, if you don’t see the rain, those temperatures soar.
This dry spell doesn’t look to last long. Rain chances are expected to creep back into the forecast by late weekend on into next week. Except this go around the pattern looks to be more of our typical pop up storms.
